I guess as I support Liverpool I wanted to “Fly Away” from reality as I was disappointed that my team lost.However I turned my despair into creativity and picked up my guitar and a chord sequence I liked came out of the musical ether.I used the chord sequence to inspire some lyrics.As I was feeling sad but also had hope in my heart I wanted a lyric about well life itself and how you can seize the day whatever knocks you get.
I think I can summarise my song by saying it’s an acoustic original written recorded played on and produced by my good self in Liverpool.Simple song inspired by Crosby Stills Nash and the Eagles.

So after despair of my team Liverpool losing a final I wrote a song about hope freedom and finding happiness.
